Item Description
A very rich plate with dozens of crystals of this very rare species: Glassy, translucent, tan to brown, pseudohexagonal (flattened octahedra) crystals to 2 mm of the rare silicate Zunyite. These embedded crystals richly populate the nicely contrasting, milky Quartz matrix. This is a fine, rare specimen from the Big Bertha Mine, near Quartzsite, Arizona.
