Zoisite (old - rare xls from USA!)

Zoisite specimens are RARE from the 17 Massachusetts localities MINDAT lists for the species and specimens with sharp isolated crystals are EXTREMELY RARE. Two striking parallel-growth isolated sections of lustrous, pearlescent, gray orthorhombic crystals are aesthetically set on the granular zoisite matrix covered with sections of zoisite crystals. The large crystal section is 3.7 cm long. VERY RARE, undoubtedly old-time material with no proof from an unknown locality. From an East Coast collection. A MUST for the Massachusetts or species collector. Never seen for sale before, on our end....hard to value, but it is something special!
