Sharp, lustrous, brown zircon octahedrons to 1.5 cm cover the matrix on this showy, rich and excellent plate from an uncommon Colorado Springs are locale. The couple of spots of noted bruising have very minimal impact to the excellent quality of this rich rarity. Faint yellow SW fluorescence. Ex Bob Trimingham Collection and formerly in the Robert Chadbourne Collection of Colorado Springs. This is a sharp, fine, rich and rare locality piece!
