Item Description

Zircon specimens of this size are not that common from these famous deposits, known for sapphire crystals. This is a sharp and sharply terminated, parallel-growth, partially translucent crystal with mottled brown color and very high waxy luster. Complete all-around and nearly pristine, with only a broken tip to one of the side car crystals. Faint ghostly white fluorescence. Ex Robert Nowakowski Collection.
