Blue Zircon

For quite a few years there has been some superb color intense blue Zircon gems to come out of Cambodia. This stone has a soft aqua blue color, and really sparkles in the light. It is a decent size, very very slightly included gem with a standard "Round Brilliant" cut. It is very difficult to obtain large, clean stones from this locality. The light just brounces around this gem, and it really looks much better than the photos would indicate because the birefringence makes it look somewhat "fuzzy" but it's actually a very good stone! I think it's safe to say that the BEST blue Zircons come from this country.
