A nice dark red Zircon crystal on matrix. This piece features a sharp, lustrous, red tetragonal crytal of Zircon measuring 1.5 cm on Calcite (?) matrix. A good quality Zircon, and in great shape overall. One does not see many of these specimens on the market anymore these days.
