Zircon

Item Description

A hard to find Zircon from the Ural Mountains of Russia. The piece features a few pretty sharp, lustrous, well-formed, dark caramel-golden colored crystals of Zircon in and on matrix. The largest crystal measures up to 8 mm long. When strongly lit, some of the crystals actualy show a tiny amount of gemminess. The piece is a great hand-sized display specimen and very hard to replace in today's market. The piece was collected approximately 60 years ago.
