For quite a few years there has been some superb color intense blue Zircon gems to come out of Cambodia. This stone is a soft aqua blue color. It is a very very slightly included gem with a "DEEP Step Oval" cut. It is very difficult to obtain large, clean stones from this locality. The light just sparkles around this gem, and it really looks better than the photos would indicate because the birefringence makes it look somewhat "fuzzy" but it's actually a very good stone! I honestly think that the BEST blue Zircons come from this country.
