Three, equant, glassy and gemmy, orangy-red crystals of zircon crystals are nicely set on a sliver of quart- biotite matrix. The largest crystal measures 1.5 cm in length. This is the single largest crystal of this small lot we obtained. The back side of this crystal is partially contacted, however, this is not apparent from the preferred viewing angles from which it certainly looks complete and pristine. A superb zircon from any locality, with wine-red color and glassy luster. It GLOWS, when backlit! Valued at $300.
