Zircon

Item Description

This is about as red as Zircon gets from most localities. This piece features a sharp, lustrous, red crystal of Zircon measuring 1.0 cm across on Mica/Quartz schist matrix. A good quality Zircon, but it does NOT have damage on the termination, it's only a small internal crack, but not surface damage. One does not see many of these specimens on the market anymore these days. If you're a collector of minerals from Pakistan, this is a nice red Zircon to add to your collection.
