Item Description
An incredibly rare specimen of the zinc aluminum hydroxy sulfate Zincowoodwardite from the TYPE LOCALITY for the species. Soft white earthy tufts of Zincowoodwardite are associated with typical blue Serpierite. This is the only specimen of this rare species that we've had to offer and comes with a classic label from Josef Vajdak / Pequa Rare Minerals (though it is erroneously mislabeled as he refers to the blue material as Zincowoodwardite). You can read Joe's biography here: http://www.minrec.org/labels.asp?colid=1371
