Zincolibethenite with Kipushite (superb rare rich specimen)

This piece is the largest and richest specimen of Zincolibethenite with Kipushite from the Palabanda Quarries in Republic of the Congo that we've ever had to offer in the auctions, and frankly, it’s the richest/biggest specimen I can remember seeing, period. This full cabinet sized specimen hosts a greenish colored coverage of botryoidal Zincolibethenite with sparkling blue colored Kipushite covering the underlying matrix. Sometimes this material is found in association with Veszelyite, but I can't find any on this piece, even under magnification. Still it's a superb example of these rare copper zinc phosphate species, and you're not likely to find another of this size and quality anywhere else, especially in auction, so if you collect rarities or your appreciate colorful secondary copper minerals, this is a really cool combo that is from an isolated discovery in 2019 and may never be seen again.
