Zincite w/ Willemite (fluorescent)

Item Description

Famous for its fluorescent minerals, this classic combination from Franklin is a bit more rare. The piece has a thick band of cleaved, orange-red zincite crystals and there is willemite in the country rock. The zincite has high luster with translucency and transparency. The willemite lights up with neon-green fluorescence. An excellent old classic.
