Zincite (ex Rich Kosnar Collection)

Item Description

A classic crystal of deep red color Zincite with good form and fairly sharp faces for the material. This material is some of the most well known (and easily recognizable) from all of Franklin. A nice thumbnail sized specimen from the famous New Jersey collection of Richard A. Kosnar. I have photographed the crystal with strong backlighting to help illustrate the rich internal color.
