Item Description

Washington Pass is the Type Locality for this very rare Li-Na-Zr-REE silicate. A 1.2 cm, pastel-pink, terminated, tabular, orthorhombic crystal with frosted faces is aesthetically perched on a microcline stalk with starkly contrasting black arfvedsonite crystals (a sodium amphibole). Blue fluorescence. These were collected over 40 years ago and are almost nonexistent on the market. Pristine. Valued at $750.
