Rare, colored, tanzanites were prominently featured in the recent Merelani Hills article in the Mineralogical Record. This striking and beautiful gem crystal is pastel yellow-green. The sharp, chisel termination is water-clear and the crystal does not have pleochroism. Complete all-around and pristine. This is a much in demand, highly representative rarity. 20.99 carats or over 4 grams. Valued at $600 by a gem dealer previously
