Item Description
Elegant and pristine 360-degree thumbnail cluster of of diverging parallel-growth, tetragonal xenotime-(Y) crystals with classic wedge terminations from the well-known pegmatites in Novo Horizonte. The highly lustrous, partially translucent prisms are yellow-brown. A golden rutile blade embedded in one crystal corner is a super complement and typical accessory. Back lighting really highlights the rich golden-brown color translucent hues. These are considered to be among the world's best examples of the species and this is a most excellent thumbnail.
