Wupatkiite is an ultra-rare sulfate first found in Arizona but rich specimens like this were only later found in Utah. These long, fibrous crystals have a lovely pink color and a silky luster that make this one of the finest Wupatkiite specimens I have seen, from anwhere - put it this way, the only one that sticks in my mind as a pretty piece, anyhow! On top of that, this is from Utah. This delicate miniature is outstanding and really interesting. It was valued $750 by the old price paid from the previous dealer many years ago. Note this is somewhat fragile and fibrous, but also sturdy enough to ship - and we will pack it very well and guarantee maximum safety in shipment, but a few hairs will shake loose in shipment, to be expected.
