Wulfenite with Mimetite (classic) Ordway Coll.

Item Description

Gorgeous yellow wulfenite window panes with sharp beveled edges are dramatically scattered on the scultpural crust covered with juicy, orange mimetite botryoids. The large wulfie is 1.2 cm. Very nearly pristine, with only infinitesimal edge wear to a few crystals and one secondary crystal has a cleaved corner. Classic and excellent combination material from the famous 1970s finds at the San Francisco Mine. Ex Al Ordway Collection # 4815 and acquired as a gift from Art Graeber in 1977.
