Item Description

Water-clear window panes of yellow-green wulfenite crystals to 1.5 cm are festooned on both sides of this showy and excellent, two-sided, CABINET, combination specimen from the famed Mina Ojueal. Both sides are peppered with pastel-green botryoids of mimetite and the densely covered side also hosts contrasting snow-white calcite crystals. The gossan matrix is sturdy on this fine old-timer, probably dating to the 1960s or 70s. Classic and desirable combination material from this noted locale and the Robert Whitmore Collection.
