Wulfenite with Cerrusite (Belsky Coll.)

Item Description

A gemmy and lustrous, 1.2 x 1.2 x 1.0 cm, fat, amber wulfenite crystal is very aesthetically set upright on matrix on this fine combination specimen from Tsumeb and the Howard Belsky Collection. A 6 mm, glassy, cyclically-twinned, cerussite crystal perched on one corner of the matrix is a super accent. The wulfie has striking broad, chiseled edges. A trivial bit of edgwear is noted to the wulfie, but is certainly a modest detraction. Fine and showy wulfenite specimens of this quality are really not that common from Tsumeb.
