A rare and rich CABINET wulfenite specimen from California! Lustrous, paper-thin, butterscotch-colored, wulfenites to 8 mm are festooned on the vuggy sculptural matrix. Clusters of highly flattened calcite rhombs cover portions of the central and upper part of the piece. Old-time wulfenite pieces from the noted Darwin District are very seldom on the market in any size and are highly sought-after by California collectors. Ex Dennis Mullane Collecton.
