Wulfenite w/ Quartz (uncommon locale)

The glassy, large, crystal here is 3.2 x 3.0 cm, and fat for a wulfenite from any locality! It is a rare yellow-brown wulfenite from the M'fouati area, worked in the late 1950s I am told by Belgian geologists. This is an interesting piece in that it is both large and has associated matrix - something not often seen. The contrast of the sparkling white drusy quartz on yellow wulfenite is very interesting and unusual - again, I think unique to this locality. Valued $2000 - rarely will you see one of these old classics on the market!
