Mineral specimens of ANY species are RARE from this obscure Uzbekistan locale and sharp, well-formed wulfenite crystals of this quality are very rare. This is very stout, lustrous and translucent, vivid reddish-orange prism with sharp beveled-edges. Complete all-around and nearly pristine, with only trivial termination edge wear, which is certainly only a modest detraction to this exeptional thumbnail rarity. RARE older material, as the note on the bottom of the Perky box indicates that the piece was purchased at the 1995 Tucson Show. A MUST for the species or locality collector. RARE on the market.
