Item Description

Beautiful caramel-orange Wulfenite crystals in an unusual differing tabular AND blocky habits measuring up to 6 mm on a matrix of green botyroidal Mimetite from the classic locality at Mapimi. A FINE quality display specimen with virtually no notable damage. I have to stress that the fact that the piece has slender gemmy tabular crystals along with pseudo-cubic crystals together on the same piece is quite rare in my experience with this material. These specimens might be somewhat common on the market right now, but they won't be around forever, so don't miss out. For those of you who remember the abundance of yellow Adamites from Mapimi on the market in the 1970s, look at how they have appreciated in value over the years! Valued at $1500.
