Wulfenite on Cobaltoan Dolomite (Trimingham Coll.)

Good Tsumeb wulfenites are not easy to come by and this is an excellent combination example. Lustrous, translucent, sharp, brownish-yellow, tabular crystals, to 1.5 cm, are aesthetically scattered on the matrix plate densely covered with tiny, sparkly, light pink, cobaltoan dolomite rhombs. Scattered modest edge wear is noted, but is certainly only a minimal detraction to the overall fine and aesthetic quality of this piece. Classic and desirable Tsumeb combination material.
