A gorgeous, lustrous, gemmy to translucent, reddish-orange, wulfenite crystal is elegantly attached to tiny, glassy calcite rhomb matrix on this excellent and aesthetic thumbnail from the last gasp of the famous and now-closed Red Cloud Mine - the 2003 Red Gem Pocket. The crystal has textbook, sharp beveled edges. Very nearly pristine, with only the most trivial of barely noticeable edge wear, which has negligible impact on the overall quality of the piece.
