A exceptionally glassy, gemmy to translucent, rich burnt-orange compound wulfenite thumbnail from the famous Red Cloud Mine. The form and angled side car add pizzazz to this sculptural and nearly pristine 360-degree cutie. The two small spots of trivial edge wear are certainly only a modest detraction to this fine older specimen. The back is included with iron oxides and the attachment is at the base. Older material, probably from 1960s or 70s finds, or even older, as the accompanying dealer label says Yuma, not La Paz County. La Paz County was created from part of Yuma County in 1983.
