Item Description

Wulfenite and hydrozincite specimens of this quality, richness and size are RARE from the famous Mina Ojuela. Very glassy, translucent, butterscotch-colored windowpanes to 9 mm are richly and attractively scattered on the sturdy, vuggy gossan matrix covered with acicular to botryoidal bone-white hydrozincite microcrytals. A very attractive and rare large combination display specimen from the Bob Trimingham Collection. Specimens of this quality and richness date from about 1960 to 1970. Bright white SW hydrozincite fluorescence. A MUST for the locality or species collector. Valued at $1000-1250.
