Item Description

This is a beautiful thumbnail size specimen of this classic material. This piece consists of a sharp, tabular, compressed, gemmy, rich red-orange crystal of Wulfenite. This specimen is in great shape and the color is superb. A fine little specimen from one of the single most important localities in the Western United States. Considering that this locality has been completely buried and never will be mined again, these specimens are commanding a premium nowadays. Gem quality window pane habit crystals are exceedingly rare for this mine (or any other mine for that matter).
