Item Description
In October of 2006, there was a tremendous discovery of some of the most beautifully colored Wulfenite crystals at the Jianshan Mine in China. The best of these specimens show a strong red color - nearly as red as it gets for the species. This piece features dozens if not hundreds of fine quality, sharp, tabular Wulfenite crystals measuring up to 1.2 cm which range in color from a rich orange-red to a yellow-orange hue sitting on oxidized matrix. Very good quality for the species and the locality, and these specimens are nearly impossible to find on the market now as the locality is completely mined out. Priced at $1,950.
