Item Description
A classic, highly desirable curved wulfenite plate on contrasting snow-white calcite from Los Lamentos. Highly lustrous, translucent, butterscotch-colored, "sandwich-style", tabular, wulfenite crystals to 1.1 cm cover the plate. Sugary, honey-brown, translucent, vanadinite variety endlichite is scattered about and is a very fine accent. The quality of the endlichite is uncommonly fine. Very nearly pristine, except for trivial periphery wear. This is an excellent, sculptural example of this combination varietal from this noted locale. Valued at $750-900. Old material from the 1970s
