These crystals are thick, and tabular and clearly exhibit their tetragonal form. Perched on the endlichite are some caramel-candy-like crystals of lustrous and translucent, orange colored wulfenite crystals, to 1.5 cm across. Old material from the 70s or earlier. This is a big, dramatic piece, though the crystals are somewhat muted in color by what seems a slight surface etching. The piece itself is massive and heavy, and shows something of the deposit in which the wulfenites form. At its core is massive, white calcite/barite, upon which is emplaced a thin veneer of brownish vanadinite var. endlichite.
