Item Description
This is a HUGE plate for the locality, from an old collection. The overall effect is impressive despite the fair amount of admitted damage to some of the wulfenite terminations. Nearly covering its matrix is a druse of yellowish-orange mimetite upon which is emplaced the large number of fragile, glassy and translucent wulfenites to 3 cm across. Classic and old material, rarely seen in such a size, this plate is not perfect but it is impressive. Valued $500-600
