Wulfenite (ex Kay Robertson Collection)

Red Cloud Wulfenites are among the finest examples of the species in the world. This piece is from an older find, probably dating back around 50 years+. This specimen features a cluster of sharp, lustrous, brilliant reddish-orange colored tabular Wulfenite crystals measuring up to 9 mm on minor oxidized matrix. This is not your typical Red Cloud as the four main crystals have formed what resembles a "four leaf clover"-esque shape, which is quite attractive and certainly unusual for the species and the locality. I can see a few minor spots of damage, but the piece is in great shape overall, and the unique growth of the crystals makes it all the more enticing! Ex Kay Robertson Collection (#5485).
