Beautiful, intensely-colored Wulfenite crystals to 1 cm make this specimen a visually impressive piece. The butterscotch color and high luster really make these crystals jump, and setting them against a darker backround enhances the aesthetics. The crystals on the back, every bit as lustrous, are darker in nature, but still eye-catching. This is a classic style from the 1960s and early 1970s, rarelys een today in such condition. Some of these prismatic Wulfenites even have some of the 'sandwich' habit that Los Lamentos Wulfenites are known for. Excellent, and highly representative for this famous locality, but also with a good aesthetic shape and overall form, compared to most that are flattish plates. Valued $2500
