Wulfenite (classic material) (ex Matioli)

A classic old time Wulfenite from the famous locality at Mezica, Slovenia. This is arguably the most famous material from all of Slovenia. The piece features classic tetragonal crystals of butterscotch colored crystals of Wulfenite up to 6 mm on minor matrix. Hard to find on the market now, and beloved by collectors. The piece comes to us from and old East Coast collection with labels from recently deceased iconic dealer Larry Conklin of New York City, and another from Al McGuinness of California.
