Wulfenite (classic locale)

A classic and excellent wulfenite style from this famous Mexican locale. Very highly lustrous, wet-look, translucent, rich butterscotch-colored tabular prisms in a dense jackstraw pattern cover this very showy plate. The large frontal crystal is 2.5 cm long and some of the crystals look gemmy. Yes, a few bruised crystals are noted in the interior and on the periphery, but certainly do not detract much from the overall appearance of this pretty and classic wulfie. It has several fine display possibilities.
