Item Description
Gemmy, highly lustrous, rich golden-yellow wulfenites are festooned on the mounded, three-dimensional matrix of this showy and excellent specimen from Tsumeb. The largest crystal, at 2.0 cm, is mostly hidden and overgrown with smaller wulfies. A few broken crystals are noted, but certainly have minimal impact to the overall quality of this piece. THE COLOR HERE IS SHOCKINGLY ORANGE FOR TSUMEB. Usually they are brown and uglier! Tsumeb wulfenites of this richness, color and quality are just not that common. Valued at $1750-2000.
