Item Description

Highly lustrous, glassy, butterscotch-colored wulfenite window panes in a striking boxwork pattern cover the gossan matrix on this showy specimen from the famous Glove Mine of Arizona. The window panes reach 1.3 cm. There are only a few broken crystals - its almost impossible to find a pristine Glove wulfenite. This is a highly representative example of the species and famed locale. Excellent quality older material. Ex Harold Urish Collection and obtained in a trade in October, 1988.
