A classic, aesthetic group of tabular, sharp, caramel-brown to rust-red, spearpoint, wulfenite crystals from the famous Defiance mine in Arizona. The compound crystals measure up to a large 5.0 cm on this peice. Overall, the robust crystals are in very good shape. Some breakage is noted, but most certainly not to excess. All have excellent luster and nice translucence for the material. This piece was collected during the 1960s and is MUCH more robust, than typical Defiance wulfenites. Ex Harold Urish Collection and valued at $500 for overall excellent quality and 360-degree visual appeal.
