Wulfenite (Belsky Coll.)

Item Description

A classic, 1.5 x 1.2 cm, butterscotch-colored, wulfenite crystal from Los Lamentos is aesthetically set on matrix. The crystal is the desirable "sandwich style", with a slightly darker interior. The gossan matrix is covered with tufts of sparkly, glassy needles, which are a very rare occurrence: I suspect these are either gypsum or hemimorphite crystals.
