Wulfenite and mimetite specimens from the famous San Francisco Mine are a Mexican classic. Transparent to translucent, glassy, golden-yellow, windowpane wulfenite crystals to 2.3 cm are richly and aesthetically strewn on botryoidal orange mimetite-covered matrix on this striking and very sculptural specimen. The specimen is in great shape for such rich coverage, with only a few gently bruised crystals. Excellent combination material from this noted locale.
