This is a complex, plate of "classic" Los Lamentos Wulfenite from earlier finds of mining that are caramel in color compared to the sometimes brighter orange pieces we expect. It is also somewhat unusual in that it displays the Wulfenite crystals with corners up making the piece resemble material from the Defiance mine in Arizona, but quick inspection of the bottom reveals the white, granular Calcite and more orange Wulfenite that is more typical for the Los Lamentos locality. The caramel crystals have minor orange highlights and measure up to 2.0 cm on edge and are in a cluster of upright, tabular, squarish, tabular crystals that display relatively good isolation on this plate. The are several dozen crystals here, and in great condition except for the expected contacts around the periphery.
