Wulfenite

A gorgeous, extremely gemmy and lustrous, 2.0 cm, reddish-orange, wulfenite crystal is aesthetically attached to a shard of quartz matrix on this beautiful thumbnail from the last gasp of the famous and now-closed Red Cloud Mine - the 2003 Red Gem Pocket. The crystal has textbook, sharp beveled edges. The contact on the front of the crystal has very little actual damage and has minimal impact on the overall quality of the piece. This is a fairly large wulfenite for the find and the crystal quality is very high. Get a good one while you can.
