Wolframite specimens with sharp crystals are rare from this historic old mining district. This showy, excellent rich ore specimen of solid wolframite features opposing clusters of lustrous, gunmetal-gray, terminated, parallel-growth crystals. Old-time, high quality, Fe-Mn-W, hefty ore at 408 grams mass from an East Coast collection and come with a faded century-old label.
