Lustrous, metallic, parallel-growth clusters of wolframite blades cover the matrix of massive wolframite on this very rare, older specimen from the Black Hills of South Dakota. The light brown oxide coating really adds character to this piece. Ex Dennis Mullane Collection and comes with a faded The Bradleys label dating to the 1950 or 60s. Very hefty and rich tungsten ore for the size at 479 grams or over a pound!
