An IMPRESSIVE, mounded CABINET specimen of glassy, translucent, tan witherite crystals from a CLASSIC England locality - the Settlingstones Mine, Northumberland. This EXCELLENT, two-sided piece is very nearly pristine, with only very trivial bruising in a couple of places. HISTORIC, OLD-TIME material, probably around 100 years old or older. Valued $1200-1500
