Wire Silver with Siderite (rare locality specimen)

A hard to find specimen of Wire Silver from the famed Broken Hill locality in New South Wales, Australia. What makes this piece (along with others I've seen from the locality) interesting is the fact that the Silver is associated with rhombic Siderite, and while neither species is considered rare, the combo of the two together is certainly rare in nature. I can only think of a few world localities where Wire Silver and Siderite are found together, and Broken Hill might be the most prominent of them all. This small cabinet specimen features several attractive wires measuring up to 6 mm, associated with tan Siderite, on matrix. Upon close inspection, the Silver wires are not just growing on or along the Siderite, but in some spots, they are actually piercing THROUGH the Siderite crystals, indicating that they formed in tandem.
