Wire Silver

Item Description

A wonderful and rather sculptural, curved / curled Silver wires from recent finds at the Hongda Mine of China. This mine has produced some amaing Silver and Acanthite specimens over the last few years, and even the smaller pieces like this one are striking. The pieces has attractive form with the obvious thin fibrous form that tapers out of the flattened, thicker base of the specimen, and would make a great addition to a thumbnail suite, a collection of native element thumbnails, or just a group of Silvers or Chinese mienrals.
